Return / Refund Policy

At Al Rehman Electronics, we want our customers to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy explains how we can help. Please note that returns and refunds are only available for orders placed directly through Al Rehman Electronics. Products bought from other online stores or retail shops cannot be returned to us.

When You Can Return a Product

You may request a return if the product you received falls under one of the following conditions:

Damaged: If the product arrives with visible damage at the time of delivery.
Incorrect: If the product delivered is not the same as what you ordered (for example, wrong model, color, or missing parts).
Defective: If the product is not working properly as described by the manufacturer.

Important Return Guidelines

Product Check at Delivery

Please check your order carefully when it arrives. If the product is damaged, return it immediately to the courier and do not accept the delivery.

Acceptance of Delivery

If you sign the delivery receipt, it means you have received the product in good condition.

Proof of Purchase

Every return must include proof of purchase, such as the invoice or order number.

Condition of the Product

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and properly packed to avoid damage during return transit.

Return Period

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery, but it must be in sound condition with original packaging. Damaged or used items will not be accepted.

Return Delivery Charges

If a product needs to be returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of sending it back.

Refunds and Replacements

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either:

  1. Issue a refund through the same payment method used at the time of purchase, or
  2. Provide a replacement product, if available.

If the return does not meet the required conditions, we will inform you and send the product back. In such cases, delivery charges may apply.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

  1. Broken panels
  2. Electrical sparks or short circuits
  3. Burnt parts or damage caused by misuse

Al Rehman Electronics reserves the right to reject returns, refunds, or replacements that do not meet our policy requirements or are considered unreasonable.
